   For the 4th time, the items have not been received. I contacted your company, your company contacted the Dress Shirt Company. They made me contact Fed Ex. Fed Ex says they dropped the package in front of my house but I don’t have any shirts and now I am out of $50.00 plus. How about you people stop with the computer generated letters and get onto how you can help me as a customer because right now the overall experience has been unacceptable.

   My size in all shirts is quite different than the size for this brand.
   
   I should have bought 1/2 smaller than this. instead 18 1/2 it should be 18. But it is a very good shirt.

   My husband has an 18 neck but needs a 32/33 sleeve and these shirts come in this size!! Most 18 size necks come in 34/35 sleeves and that’s it. JC Penney used to have their shirts in the shorter sleeve, but no more. VH shirts wash well and when dried slightly and hung up – no wrinkles. I bought 6 of them.
