This Internet radio have all the features I need. It is multimediaplayer in one plus audio outputs and inputs. Everything works but connectivity with PC I have not tryed yet. Internet radio is in use every day and it works fine as a wired client (connected to internet connection by RJ45 network cable).
I woukld give it 5 stars with no problem but I must be cautios because this unit is produced in China. Hope it works fine in coming years.

I recomend this product. I am satisfied with it completely!

Opened the box, taken it out, successfully updated firmware from 1.17 to R1.37 and nothing i mean it plays "regular radio" but after over 4 hours of trying to set it up as internet radio i gave up. This junk is going back to amazon first thing Monday morning. I have Wireless router Linksys WRT54GL and didn't have a single problem adding up my laptop and PS3 to the network, With this piece of junk every freaking time i put encryption key it doesn't connect and ask me to start all over again, I went through manual several times to see if maybe i do something wrong or at least for some way to trouble shot it and nothing. Guess i will have to put more money and get something better.
From the reviews it seems like this unit is pretty much hit or miss... i was unlucky and decided not to take another chance with this model.

The interface for this product is truly dreadful. You can often get stuck i na mode without any escape other than powering off.
The wireless connection never worked right. The only time it performed satisfactorily was when I had all security turned off. Once i password protected it, no trick could get the unit to receive the signal.
Finally, it would not accept input from my iPod.

I'm interested on this product but after reading customers' reviews I learned that we cannot add another station. This is not nice because the purpose of getting the Aluratek Internet Radio is to listen Internet radio stations ANYWHERE, something hard to do with a PC and in certain ways, with a laptop.

I contacted Customer Support inquiring about this issue and waht I got was the following, "You need to go to www.Vtuner.com and suggest what station you need to be added. Also, Real Audio don't work for the wifi radio, so make sure the station is part of Vtuner".

Now we have ANOTHER downside, if one of your favorite stations is streamed through Real Audio, you cannot add it nor listen it at all.

On top of that, it has a USB 2.0 connectivity but NOT A LINE IN JACK. This means that you cannot plug your MP3 player, Portable CD player or any other device to the Aluratek Internet Radio.

The purpose of my comments is to let you know the downside of the device but if this is not important to you, the Aluratek is a real wonder.

Let me think about it a little more but I believe that I can live without this issues and just take it out from my Wish List and buy it.
