I have Solartech Lamp purchased from Technipeal Digital Products, Norwalk CT. which goes on and off, sometimes off for a few days and unable to repair it. I purchased replacement lamp for FML27EX-N type PL/F but it doesn’t work either. Probably no problem with the bulb. Thjis is model bqalanced spectrum floorlamp.
