One lamp is not of quality: light cannot go through part of rock. To me, this is a quality problem rather than "uniqueness". <br /> <br />Customer service was terrible. They again denid that they did not send it but blamed FebEx without being able to show evidence. Further they claimed that they would charge me if I ask them to send one again. Why shall I be charged if it's not my fault? I had to ask for the tracking no. this time. The cable arrived shortly after they provided the tracking no.. The next day another email showed up saying that they can't ship it after all (to the address I provided, which Amazon has had no problem with before). So...maybe the price on here is too good to be true? Watch out for this company. Could be a scam just to get your address and credit card info.
