The product was as advertised. The bulbs are very bright, with no discernable color cast. The bulbs were well packed for shipping. Shipping was very fast as well.

I love the light that these guys give, the color is great, and the light output is good. The only drawback is that they buzz quite a lot, so it can be annoying to have them on for a long time. I mostly bought them for photography purposes, and since I don’t really take pictures all day long, the buzzing doesn’t bother me too much.

These bulbs do a great lighting job and I’m still using them — but in places where I don’t have to be near the bulb (like in ceiling fan lights). I initially tried these in the bathroom but the buzzing was intense. I thought it might be the socket (although it never had problems before) so I tried other fixtures (admittedly only tested two of the four bulbs so far). Every one of them emits a terrible humming that, if it is in your ear’s “line of sight” (like in a desk lamp or a vanity) then it will drive you mad.

They take a little time to warm up, but so far have worked well. Bright, and the light temperature seems to be in the correct range for digital photography without filters or post production. I can’t see paying more. In fact, I’m buying a new softbox and I’m going to fill it with more of these bulbs. Good company, and amazing packaging!
