   The product only has one feature which I admire and that is, it will tell you your destination on the “left” or “right”. Aside from that, it is a complete trash! It does not recognise one-way. Many a times, it has misled me into driving on one-way directions which could have cost me my life. The map update is 2010 still, it calls old addresses by their old names, example of one of them is Albertson stores in norther California which reverted to its old name, Lucky stores since 2003!
   
   Another noticeable flaws are the battery life span which is only forty five minutes after several hours of charging! Not forgetting volume even when it is 100% set.
   
   I will not recommend this product to hard working Americans to waste their money on it.

   This GPS is too complicated for first time users of a GPS unit. It is fine for a Geek user. Senior citizens looking to try a
   
   GPS for the first time shold avoid the Garvin 765T.

   Buyer beware. This didn’t work straight out of the box. Garmin will only replace with another refurbished unit. Save yourself time and aggravation and buy something new.

   This is my second Garmin, I would really like it if the keyboard worked better. Even though the keys on the keyboard appear to be larger then my 1st Garmin, it is much harder to use since the keyboard is off a bit. This means that unless I am solidly in the middle of a key I want to press a different value appears. For example when I press the M key I might actually get an N. When I hit the erase button to fix these mistakes something else would appear. Neither my wife or I had this problem with our old Garmin so I know it is this unit. For this reason I can’t recommend this unit to anyone.

   The unit did not turn on at all.
   
   Very disapppointed, the manufacturer is supposed to fix units returned in the first place.
