   I’ve purchased these for several years now, to track visitors to my horse hotel. We don’t get a LOT of traffic so this appt book provides plenty of space (2.5 inches x 9.5 inches column space/day, in 15 minute increments from 8A to 10P) to write down all the pertinent info about the humans (names, contact info, truck/trailer info, arrival/departure times, trip details) and their horses (gender, ages, breed, names, colors, background health, vices, etc.). The cover color changes every year which is helpful to pick out the right one from the bookshelf, and the years are stamped on the front cover so you know exactly which book you’re holding before opening. Spiral bound means you can easily fold open and double it over, for add’l stability when writing entries while standing up with no support table around. I also add detailed post-visit comments which are really helpful when folks stop by again, to refresh my memory about how the visit went last time, this is why I like all the space available. On the downside, I’d prefer a 5 or 6AM start time on the calendar day instead of 8AM, horse people get moving early! Use a ball point or fine ink pen for entries; some felt tips bleed thru to back of page and pencil tends to smudge out over time. This product keeps me organized throughout the year and provides a wonderful recap at year’s end, when I’m calculating profit center results and creating holiday card lists. I highly recommend it as a low-tech organizational tool.

   I usually buy the smaller one, this “At a glance” is the size of a 8X11 sheet of paper… its so big, and never fits on the small desks in lecture halls. I usually buy 70-865 which is smaller. I must say though, that since its bigger I do have much more room to write assignments. it goes :00, :15, :30, :45 increments, which is nice because most of my classes end and the 15′s or 30′s and i have more space to write in the time slots. the size is the biggest issue… and the fact that it doesn’t have a “note” section on the right side like the smaller one is a little disappointing. but it does work for right now.. but I plan on going back to the 70-865 smaller one. I recommend the 70-865.

   Excellent product. Have used this organizer for 8 of the last 12 years. Simple and easy to use.
